Pros
The color is really pretty and the pigmentation is as beautiful as watercolor. This alone looks pretty, but it's even better with a tint as an accent. It's not extremely glossy, but it has just the right amount of sheen! The case is also pretty, so I often reach for it.

Wow...Peripera has released another groundbreaking new product! This Gloi Balm from the Compagno Collection seems like it will be the biggest hit. At this price point and with this quality, I really want to give it high praise! As a color lip balm, it applies smoothly and moisturizes the lips comfortably. Even after a quick swipe after a meal, there's no clumping or flaky residue. (The photo is just a regular Galaxy phone camera shot, no editing!) The rose petal color!! I love it so much... It's a slightly toned-down MLBB (my lips but better) pink that doesn't lean too warm or cool-toned. Instead of strong pigmentation, it has a dewy, luminous finish. It provides just the right amount of vibrancy while still looking natural, whether you're wearing makeup or not. The fact that it's not an overly bright, bubblegum pink is the best part... (Most basic lip balm colors tend to be a bright, pale pink like Dior Lip Glow, but this has a more sophisticated, muted rose tone.) As a lip balm, there's hardly any actual color payoff, but that's fine since you'd be reapplying it often anyway. In fact, I prefer lip balms without too much staining pigment. The sleek, transparent packaging that's not common for Peripera products is also really pretty. I think this will be an essential for me when going out from now on. I can just toss this in my small bag without needing to bring separate lip tints or lipsticks. I'll even keep it in my pocket when I don't want to carry a bag. I loved it the moment I tried it, and I want to get the other shades too. It's a shame there are only 4 colors... I hope they continue expanding this line with new shades!
