  Pros

  At first, I thought it was a nice shampoo with a pleasant scent. For a low pH product, it lathers well and doesn't dry out my hair. The fragrance lingers for a long time.

  Cons

  It leaves a sticky residue on my hair, like I've washed it with bar soap. You need to rinse extremely thoroughly, as if you're using soap, or use another product first. That's the only way to reduce the stickiness. While soap residue typically sticks to the cuticle layer, I'm not sure what's causing this stickiness. Could it be the protein? There's a chelating agent in it, so why is this happening? I like everything else about it, but the stickiness is a deal-breaker, so I probably won't repurchase.
