While it claims to not need a conditioner, there is still a slightly stiff and tangled feeling, so I have to use a small amount of a treatment product.

The foam is soft and the hair is long, but with two pumps, the shampoo lathers up nicely. During the sample period, I didn't have any trouble, and I personally like the fragrance, so I'm even more pleased.
The large size is also great!!!!
