I was able to try this product as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer winner, and I think the compact size is great for carrying around. The case also looks nice. I was really surprised by how well it applies - it goes on very smoothly. To apply it naturally, I think you need to dab it on and blend it out. I think it will work well with a sponge applicator that you can just dab on.
ConsI have a warm skin tone, but the product has a reddish cast to it, so my face looks flushed. I'm not sure about the longevity.
TipUse it with a sponge! I think it will suit darker, tanned skin tones.

The color was a bit darker than expected, so I had to think a lot about how to use it. Review on using it as a contour: 1. The application is extremely smooth. It applies smoothly and blends seamlessly into the skin. 2. It blends well. If you apply a thin layer and then use your foundation on top, it creates a natural-looking contour. 3. I highly recommend this for people who like a more toned-down makeup look.
Cons1. Color selection is very important. 33 is quite dark, but if you're serious about contouring, you can mix it with your foundation and use it very well.

The foundation's moisturizing quality was definitely maintained, and as it's a stick product, it was easy to apply! Although it seemed a bit too dark for direct application on my skin, I was able to apply it naturally by layering it lightly on the back of my hand and picking it up with a sponge. There wasn't any awkward feeling compared to using powder-type contouring either!
ConsThe rotating part of the case felt a bit loose and rattled, but there was no inconvenience when using it. It would be great if you could pay a bit more attention to that.
TipFor those using it for contouring, try layering it lightly by picking up a small amount with a sponge!

I used the 33 shade, which I use more for contouring and specific purposes rather than as a base. The stick format is large and round, so it's easy to apply on the chin by laying it down, and also good for applying on the nose when standing up. Most importantly, the stick format is very convenient. It spreads without clumping, but for beginners, it might be difficult to apply it evenly. I only used powder-type contouring, which tends to fade easily without a setting spray, but this stick lasts quite a while even without one, though it does transfer a bit like regular foundation.
ConsWith my reddish skin tone, applying it directly makes it look too orange, like applying clay. If your skin isn't yellow-toned, the process of mixing it can be a bit of a hassle. The coverage is almost non-existent, so if you're using it as a foundation rather than just for spot coverage, you'll need a separate concealer. I'm a bit disappointed with the ingredients in this foundation.
TipThis foundation can be used as a shading product without a spatula by lightly applying it and then adjusting the coverage on top. I've made a custom shading product by mixing this foundation with another one in a separate case to match my skin tone perfectly. It's convenient and works well for me!

I used it for shading, and the stick type was great. The color was not as dark as I expected, and it seemed to have a lot of reddish tones, but the actual facial application was a natural color that was not too overbearing, so I was able to use it comfortably.
ConsThe quantity is too much, so it seems like it would last for years even if used daily by an individual. It seems suitable for use by various people in a shop.
TipIf you dab it onto a puff and apply it by rubbing it onto the desired area, the lasting power is long-lasting, and the color builds up naturally.

ConsColor Color is the most important thing, but the dark beige shade seems suitable only for people with very dark skin. For those who are tanned or have a very dark complexion. For my slightly darker skin, the color was too light and had too much redness, so it was a bit difficult to match. It needs to be mixed with other foundations to get the right balance.

This time, the Hwahae Trial event had a stick foundation, which was described as being for contouring makeup. So I chose the darker 33rd shade for shading purposes. I wanted a natural-looking shading that wouldn't be noticeable, but I felt that using the 23rd shade would be too different from the foundation I normally wear. I was also worried that using the stick foundation all over my face would cause pore clogging and clumping, since I have an oily skin type. But using the 33rd shade just to refine the facial contours worked well. I conveniently applied the stick to my forehead hairline, the sides of my face, and the sides of my chin, and then blended it out naturally with a puff. It didn't look too obvious, and my chin appeared slightly slimmer. For the base, I applied the liquid foundation all over my face, and used the 33rd shade stick just for shading since the lighter shades would have been too obvious in my wide pores to use as a highlighter.
ConsDue to the nature of the stick foundation, it is a bit drying, and since I have large pores and a lot of oil on my T-zone, it was difficult for me to apply it all over my face.
TipIt's probably best to use your regular makeup products for the overall base. But you can use this stick for contouring, whether it's shading or highlighting.
