  The Hwahae Testers Review As winter approaches and my skin becomes dry and flaky, I've been worried about my skin texture. I'm excited to try this product that promises to improve skin texture rather than just refine it. Instead of purified water, it uses ginseng water and contains organic ginseng sprouts, which are said to be excellent for whitening and wrinkle improvement. I've only been using it for two days, so I can't see major improvements yet, but so far it's been gentle on my super sensitive skin without causing any blemishes. The consistency is runny, making it more suitable for absorption rather than as an exfoliating toner. The product features a patented formula where the natural ingredients in the toner dissolve and absorb into the skin when you roll it on. When I roll it on, it quickly melts and absorbs. It feels moisturizing and rich, perfect for the changing seasons or cold winters, providing great hydration. I mainly use it as a skin pack - after removing the cotton pad, I gently roll it in, and the toner alone provides a powerful boost of hydration.

  Cons

  Personally, I prefer to pat toners or skin products into my skin for absorption. With this toner, you need to roll it on like an emulsion because of the natural ingredients, which I found slightly inconvenient. You might get used to it over time, but if you apply it carelessly, you'll end up with bits floating on your face. The rich texture might feel a bit heavy for summer use.

  It works well when applied without a cotton pad - just dispense it into your hands, roll it on, and let it absorb. It's also great as a skin pack.
