As a big fan of YouTuber Jae-yu, I own several of Noveb's aegyo-sal products. This eyeliner has great staying power and doesn't smudge easily. It's also very easy to apply.
Cons
It contains phenoxyethanol, which can cause inflammation. When removing the liner from the waterline, even with a good makeup remover, a lot of residue remained. As a result, I kept getting styes. When I looked into the cause, it turned out to be this eyeliner. I immediately threw it away.

Pros
- Both the pencil and brush pen are incredibly satisfying to use! - The pencil glides on smoothly and the fixation is great, so there's no smudging. I really like thin pencils since my eyes are small, and this one is about as thin as the Tuk eyeliner, which I thought was the thinnest. This is the only liner I've been using lately. - The brush pen is also easy to apply, vivid, and doesn't bleed! I used to only use the Kiss Me brush pen, but now this is the only one I reach for. - I'm also satisfied with the deep color I got.
