  I'm using this anti-hair loss shampoo, as are my parents who are concerned about hair loss. I'm also using it preventatively, even though I don't have hair loss issues yet. ✔️Is the scent suitable for the whole family? It has a typical shampoo fragrance that shouldn't be polarizing. ✔️Does it lather well? My hair is below my shoulders, and I love creating a rich lather to thoroughly cleanse my scalp. While excessive foam doesn't necessarily mean better quality, products that don't lather well can be disappointing. This one produces an excellent lather. Some anti-hair loss shampoos I've tried before didn't lather well, so this is a plus. ✔️Does the anti-hair loss shampoo work? While long-term use is needed to see full results, I definitely notice less hair fall on days when I use this shampoo.

  ✔️The price seems high for the amount you get. ✔️The packaging doesn't really match bathroom decor. If you're particular about your bathroom aesthetics, you might want to transfer it to a different container.

  ✓ Oily scalp despite normal skin ✓ Hair thinning and crown balding due to scalp heat ✓ Stiff, dry hair from frequent washing Shipping was delayed, so I haven't used it much yet. Unlike my skin, my scalp is super oily! Even in this cold winter, I have to shampoo twice a day... I was worried about the scent since it's an herbal shampoo, but there's absolutely no medicinal smell! I can't quite place the fragrance, but it's my cup of tea... I love it! It's subtle and not overpowering. Often, products with good ingredients have weak lather, but this shampoo creates a soft, rich foam! Most importantly, anti-hair loss and functional shampoos tend to leave hair feeling less moisturized and stiff, but this one is different. Considering the season and that I'm not sweating much, for now, my scalp is less oily in the evening than usual! For shoulder-length hair, one pump creates a good amount of lather.

  The volume is disappointing for someone who washes twice daily. Please make it at least 500ml!

  For anti-hair loss and functional shampoos, it's best to use them only once or twice a week, especially for hair texture. Wet your scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water, use one pump for shoulder-length hair to create sufficient lather, gently massage it in, wash your body, and then rinse everything off at the end! Hoping for good ingredient absorption~

  As a shampoo nomad struggling with hair loss from swimming, I've been using the MNKJ herb shampoo. Luckily, I got to try the Dr. Um Hair Loss Symptom Relief Shampoo as part of The Hwahae Testers program! ✨Fragrance The scent is amazing! I had a preconception that hair loss shampoos smell medicinal and aren't pleasant, but this one has a fresh, floral scent. It's not likely to be divisive - I can't pinpoint the exact fragrance, but I think most people will be satisfied when they smell it. ✨Lather & Cleansing Effectiveness With my medium-length hair, one pump creates a rich lather - great! Even when I hadn't washed my hair daily, it lathered well, eliminating the need for a second wash. While I don't have an oily scalp, it controls oil well and has good cleansing power. ✨Hair Loss Symptom Relief They claim it reduces hair fall, but after a week of use, I can't see significant effects. When squeezing out water, it seems like slightly less hair is falling out compared to before. I think I'll need to use the whole bottle to be sure! I'll update later, but I believe consistent use could benefit scalp and hair health.

  Cons

  The main drawback is the price-to-volume ratio. At 300ml, it seems like it'll run out quickly. I wish they'd release a larger size and offer more discounts... If it proves effective, I might consider repurchasing.

  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to try this product first! Please note that this is my personal opinion. Scalp type: Oily (gets greasy if I skip washing for just one day) Scent: This product breaks the stereotype that anti-hair loss shampoos always have a medicinal herbal scent. It has a masculine skincare fragrance that's not off-putting at all! It reminds me of that He*sho* shampoo - you might know what I mean... Lather: I have shoulder-length hair, and 2-3 pumps produced a rich, abundant lather! It's frustrating when shampoos don't foam well, but this one definitely doesn't have that problem. Dandruff and dead skin cell care: Sometimes when my scalp gets dry, I'd see white flakes or dandruff-like particles even after washing. Since using this shampoo, that issue has significantly decreased. This is what I love most about it! Additionally, it seems to leave my hair moisturized, soft, and somewhat fluffy! The period was too short to definitively comment on its effectiveness for hair loss, so I can't make any promises about that aspect.

  The scent doesn't seem to last very long, unfortunately. I wish it had a more refreshing feel to it. While I liked how easily the lather rinsed out, I was left wondering if it was cleansing thoroughly enough.

  Tip

  For those with sensitive scalps or anyone looking to strengthen their hair, I'd recommend using a scalp brush after lathering up. It might enhance the overall effectiveness!

  Usually, when I try hair loss prevention shampoos, they either have a medicinal scent or are nearly unscented. But this one has a lovely floral fragrance! Though I haven't used it for long, I've noticed less dead skin cells, and my hair doesn't feel stiff. Most importantly, my scalp seems less itchy!

  The price and volume... Since shampoo is used daily, unless you live alone, you'd typically buy a larger size. This product falls short in these two aspects. The price-to-volume ratio is disappointing...

  Thank you for selecting me as a Hwahae Tester! The cleansing effectiveness is great. Even when I wash my hair with this shampoo in the morning, it doesn't get greasy by evening. The scent is lovely. Unlike most herbal shampoos that leave a ginseng smell, this product has a pleasant fragrance! It's similar to Head & Shoulders shampoo. It seems to help with hair loss. My hair tends to fall out more in winter, but using this shampoo seems to reduce that a bit. I'll need to use it longer to be sure, but I'm satisfied so far! It makes my hair soft. When I used Ryo shampoo, my hair felt stiff, but with this product, my hair feels soft even without using conditioner.

  Cons

  The design is a bit disappointing. The bottle exterior and box packaging feel outdated. The text 'Hair loss symptom improvement functional cosmetics' and 'Using herbal ingredients' is too large. Improving this aspect could stimulate consumers' desire to purchase. The volume is small. It's on the smaller side, and being in a pump bottle makes it difficult to use as a travel size. It would be great if they could sell it in a larger volume.
