There's hardly any powder fallout at all! Even when I tap the brush on it, very little flies off, which is great!! The color also isn't too intense, which I really like.
Cons
Hmm, there's nothing really bad about it. If I had to nitpick, it's not super cool-toned, so it might be a bit disappointing for those with a strong cool skin tone.
Tip
I like to use the darkest shade with a light hand to create a natural-looking eyeshadow look. It works much better than cream eyeliners or brow products for a more natural finish!!

Pros
It can easily express delicate chiaroscuro. It is a product that can naturally create shading without staining or powdering. There are two versions, one for warm tones and one for cool tones, and I purchased the cool tone version since I am cool-toned. Palettes that have two or three colors at once sometimes have an uncomfortable boundary between the colors, but this one has a distinct raised boundary for each color, making it easy to use. With just a cheap brush, you can simply swipe it on and naturally create shading, making it a product I use often. It has a buildable texture, so you can layer it repeatedly to make it darker, but it doesn't clump and builds up naturally.
Cons
I didn't have any particular disappointments while using this product.

Moreover, there is no powder fallout or clumping, so even when building up the shading, it doesn't look cakey and applies naturally.
