  Pros

  30s / Dry / Sensitive Skin My skin becomes extremely dry and sensitive during seasonal changes, especially in winter. I'm very particular about moisturizing. In humid, hot summers, hydrating creams and daily mask routines are a must. That's why I mainly use sheet masks, but I rarely do wash-off masks as they're a hassle. However, I decided to give this one a try. What I loved most is that unlike typical wash-off masks that harden, this one has an amazingly jelly-like, bouncy texture that feels incredibly hydrating. It applies super smoothly and doesn't harden or dry out, making it much easier to rinse off compared to other wash-off masks. After masking, you can definitely feel your skin temperature drop. It was comfortable to use even with my dry, super sensitive skin.

  Cons

  The little granules in the product were a bit bothersome when washing off. It's somewhat slippery, which makes rinsing a bit of a chore. I use a fully soaked sponge to wipe it off first, then follow up with a water rinse.

  I loved how cooling and soothing it felt when I put it on my face straight from the fridge. It would be perfect for those who easily get redness or for refreshing use during summer.

  Cons

  If you have sensitive skin, be gentle when applying as the granules can cause tingling if rubbed too hard. And of course, with any wash-off mask, be careful not to get it in your eyes when applying.

  I used it right away in the evening after receiving it, and I love the feeling of applying collagen with its herbal scent. The silicone spatula comes in really handy. After washing, my skin feels so refreshingly clean!

  Cons

  I wish the product itself was a bit more refined... but I'm satisfied with everything else.

  Tip

  When applying, make sure to use the spatula. When washing it off, it might take a bit longer than usual, so I recommend using a damp cloth or sponge to remove most of it first, then rinse with water for best results.

  I was hesitant to try a wash-off pack, thinking it might be cumbersome, but I'm so glad I finally purchased it! I'm absolutely loving it! I've found it super convenient to apply on my face while doing my hair treatment and body scrub, then rinse it all off together. No need for extra time, and it feels great to give my face something to do while I'm at it! The texture is slightly chunky and bouncy. Be careful though - if you just plop it on, it might slide right off! I learned that the hard way and said goodbye to a whole glob at first. It's best to apply small amounts and spread evenly for a smooth application. You're supposed to rinse it off after about 10 minutes. Even though it's not a long time, I could feel my skin becoming noticeably calmer. It's perfect for soothing that post-cleansing irritation! The scent is subtly refreshing, and it comes with a silicone brush which I found really useful for application.

  The granules can feel a bit tingly sometimes, so I'm careful not to rub too hard! Other than that, I don't have any major complaints.
