Pros
It has good spreadability, minimal stickiness, and is quickly absorbed. I used to have combination skin, but it's really ambiguous now. If I apply a lot of cream when my skin is dry, I immediately get acne... My skin just flips out. So I need something with moderate moisture and moderate stickiness to avoid that, and Tori or Cica work well for me. And I have extremely sensitive skin (on my face and body), so if I use the wrong body wash, cleansing oil, cleansing foam, or cosmetics, my skin really goes crazy, but this also works well for my sensitive skin, and I think I've used about 20 of them.
Cons
The product is good, but the downside is that the price is on the expensive side.
Tip
I first apply the light and refreshing ampoule, then apply this Cica serum. If you have dry skin, you can finish with a light cream, but if you have oily skin, you can just use these two.

Just over 2 months of use, and I've been hearing a lot of comments from those around me about how my skin has improved!! At first, there were some bumps on my face, but after using this, they've all gone away!! I can see the redness gradually fading away too ㅠㅠ Plus, the absorption is amazing. When I apply it before bed, there's not a bit of stickiness, and it absorbs so well!! It doesn't dry out my skin at all!! The 50ml size is quite generous, and the 20ml soothing cream and 2 sheet masks are so affordable and great, that I used it all up in just 2 months and repurchased it from Hwahae!! This is the first time I've ever repurchased an ampoule. You really have to try this!!

I have been using this morning serum for 3-4 months. The hyaluronic acid serum from the same brand feels a bit lighter and has some oiliness.
