  As someone with sensitive combination dehydrated skin, I've personally used this for about half a year until last winter. Here's my take: 1. From the moment you apply it, you can feel the hydration working its way deep into your skin. 2. On days when you need a solid foundation for your skincare routine, layering this product a couple of times works wonders. 3. Despite its water-like consistency with no viscosity, it absorbs well and spreads easily on the skin.

  Cons

  The complete lack of viscosity means it's prone to spilling. To avoid waste, you'll need to develop a bit of a technique when using it.

  Highly recommended as a lightweight, hydrating toner for summer! I immediately purchased this Hwahae exclusive product that comes with a complimentary spray pump! It's much cheaper than buying from Olive Young and has a better overall package. The scent is barely noticeable. It absorbs instantly without leaving any sticky residue! Perhaps due to its ultra-low molecular weight, it seems to hydrate even better. The Ulleungdo deep sea water gives it a refreshing feel! Interestingly, the toner has a light blue color. I thought the previous Isntree toner was clear - has it changed recently? Anyway, it's perfect as a summer toner, and the price is so reasonable that I plan to use it generously on cotton pads for a daily mask routine!

  Cons

  The texture might be too light for autumn or winter use, potentially lacking sufficient hydration for those seasons. Also, while the blue color made me expect a cool, refreshing scent, it was a bit disappointing that it had no fragrance at all.

  Tip

  Skip Olive Young and buy it on Hwahae instead! Why pass up on this deal when they're even throwing in a spray pump?

  Skin type: Combination with oily T-zone and dry U-zone, extremely sensitive acne-prone skin with frequent seborrheic dermatitis flare-ups. Recently, medication has helped clear up major blemishes, but I'm still concerned about scarring and redness. Packaging: The light sky blue color is pretty. The rounded cap is cute, giving an overall clean and adorable impression. The packaging seems to match well with the formula and effects. Texture and application: It's a completely watery formula. Perhaps due to the hyaluronic acid, it absorbs quickly and leaves a fresh finish. If I had to compare, it's similar to the Dokdo Toner. While one layer might suffice in summer, it could feel a bit tight in winter. I'm currently using Wellage, which feels similar, but absorbs faster and feels cleaner. This one seems slightly more emollient. Wellage leaves no residue with a tight finish, while this Isntree toner feels fresh, silky, and smooth. Scent: Completely fragrance-free, making it ideal for those with scent sensitivities. Effects and benefits: Since it doesn't leave any residue, it's great for those with oily skin to use before makeup. The hydration is excellent. I didn't particularly notice any cooling effect; it just feels like a basic, hydrating toner.
