To be honest, I prefer using foundation that is applied more heavily, so I've been using this without any major issues like breaking down or creasing. However, if you apply it too thinly, you may experience some peeling when removing a mask, so it's something to be mindful of when using this product.

The formula has excellent adherence and is very thin, making it comfortable on the skin and giving a transparent, glowing effect. There is a slight Huxley signature scent, but applying it always puts me in a good mood! Using a separate makeup spatula to apply it can help create an even thinner, more adherent layer, so the two work well together.

There was a slight issue with temperature (which may occur with other products as well) - after applying the foundation, when I cupped my face with my palms, the warmth caused some redness to reappear. (Was it peeling?) This may be due to the cold weather, but I'd recommend not touching your face after applying this product.

The product is described as feeling light on the skin, adhering well, and lasting for 48 hours. It is said to be good for the skin even with prolonged use. 
*Skin type: Combination, sensitive skin (21 warm-toned)
The ivory shade I used is for 21-22 skin tones and has a slightly yellow base.
I tried applying it with my fingers, a puff, a sponge, and a brush, and the brush and sponge combination worked best.
(The brand recommends using a spatula and sponge (or puff).)
One layer gave a tone-up cream-like effect (smoothing the skin and covering redness), and I added an extra layer where coverage was lacking.
(3 layers is not recommended as it can peel and look uneven.)
The skin finish is not dewy, but more of a semi-glow, where the skin looks radiant from within, so I didn't need to set it with powder.
After 5 hours of use (on oily skin), there was a lot of oil buildup, so I used blotting paper to remove it, but the makeup did not break down, wipe off, or darken.
