ProsIt's definitely excellent at reducing dandruff. This is a functional shampoo.
ConsSince it's only used once a week, you need to use another shampoo alongside it. The fragrance is not great, and it leaves your hair feeling like dog fur.

ProsI wanted to leave a review for the green one (was it the moisturizing version?) after using it, but since it's not available, I'm leaving this review for the yellow one. Anyway, there's not much difference between the green and yellow versions, haha!
1. Ingredients:
1% selenium sulfide - This explains everything. You can sense its determination to annihilate dandruff along with that rotten egg smell.
2. Effectiveness:
Immediately, there was a noticeable decrease in sebum production and itching. Now, in my second week of use, dandruff has stopped falling completely... lol.
There are still some scab-like things if I scratch, but overall... it's incredibly improved!
Cons1. You have to order it from overseas... I buy it from iHerb, but different types keep going out of stock. It's frustrating!
2. That distinctive sulfur smell... It's similar to the odor you get when you boil eggs for a really long time (because it's the smell of sulfur). Anyway, that smell sticks to your hair even after you've finished washing.
3. There's some controversy about whether it's safe to use a selenium sulfide shampoo daily. (Risk of excessive selenium absorption) That's probably why it's not officially imported here. But then again, most medicated shampoos aren't meant for daily use anyway... lol.
