It's usable if you apply regular lip balm, then Huxley lip balm, and finally this tint.

Texture: If you're not a fan of Peripera's Ink the Airy feel, this product has a very similar sensation. It feels like something is floating on your skin when applied. At first, this texture seems less drying, but over time it clings to dead skin cells and starts to flake off. While initially moisturizing, it eventually causes excessive flaking of dead skin cells.

Color: Incredibly natural-looking and perfect as a base! It's great for those with fair skin who want to achieve a foundation-free makeup look!
