Pros
The cleansing balm I've used is the softest in texture! Other cleansing balms needed to be rubbed onto the face almost like mashing a lump, but this one just melts away smoothly. I really liked that, and it removed even heavy eye makeup thoroughly without any issues! The mascara in particular dissolved incredibly well, coming off in clumps without any stinging or irritation to the eyes!!! It was just so great.
Cons
There don't seem to be any particular downsides!!! I generally prefer cleansing oils over cleansing balms, but this one is likely the top among cleansing balms!!!

Pros
The cleansing oil is too irritating, so I couldn't use it well, and the cleansing milk doesn't have good cleansing power for heavy makeup, so I was looking for a cleansing balm! The Azulene Blue Cleansing Balm from Wonryogongbang allowed me to do a deep cleansing without any irritation, and I really liked it~🤍 On the days when I had heavy makeup with mascara and glitters, I was able to remove it all just with this cleansing balm, without using any lip and eye makeup remover. About 90% of the mascara came off...👍 The rest was easily removed with a cotton swab. It was so convenient... I used to find it really annoying to use cleansing water, cleansing foam, and lip and eye makeup remover, but now I can just finish with the cleansing balm and cleansing foam, and I love it:D The Azulene and Chamomile ingredients prevent the skin from feeling tight after cleansing, so it's great for dry skin types as well~
