I bought this before rushing off to a ski resort job, wanting an ampoule rather than a skin toner from Daiso because of its small size and compact nature. I chose a brightening ampoule since I heard that sunlight reflecting off snow can really tan your face at ski resorts. The good points... well, honestly, apart from the price, I'm not sure. Its compact size would be great for travel. The ingredients are good too. At least it doesn't seem like it would cause any blemishes on its own. I've been using it for about 3 months now, even after returning home from the job, but I can't really tell if it's brightening my skin, and it's not a product rich in hydration. If you don't have a solid skincare base before applying this, it feels like you're just putting on a slippery silk-like ampoule. For someone with dry skin like me, unless you're applying it in extremely dry conditions where your skin is rough, like at a ski resort, it's not particularly drying, but there's also no real reason to recommend it... When I used it at the ski resort dormitory, it was a terrible combination for my skin, which was not only not brightened but also irritated from the cold wind, heat, and friction from removing makeup. My face just felt dry and hot... Given its small size and good ingredients, it probably won't cause blemishes, so it might come in handy for short trips or business travel!
