I usually don't bother writing reviews, and when I find something good, I tend to keep it to myself. But this product is such a 💖must-have💖 that I want everyone whose day can be made or broken by their skin to know about it. This is a genuine, heartfelt review of a product I bought with my own money. First off, I typically don't get many blemishes, but after switching to the wrong toner, I broke out all over. (I was in despair, feeling like my skin's career was ruined.) While searching for a new toner, I heard that the Houttuynia Cordata 77 Toner was good. I immediately asked my mom to buy it, but she accidentally got the 80 version instead. I was a bit disappointed, but being a dutiful daughter, I couldn't complain and decided to try it anyway. !!!!!!!!!! What sorcery is this? After switching to this toner, all my blemishes calmed down, and my skin returned to its former glory. The more I use it, the better my skin seems to get - even better than before. These days, I'm so happy every time I look in the mirror! ✔️ Watery texture with no stickiness ✔️ It might be psychological, but there's a cooling sensation when applying and removing the toner mask. I think it might have a slight cooling effect, which makes sense for a soothing toner. ✔️ Hydration... I'm not sure, but it's moisturizing enough that I can sleep without applying cream after a toner mask (for normal skin types). These are just my personal observations for reference. There's a slight scent that's hard to describe - maybe a chemical or herbal smell? (Not a typical cosmetic fragrance.) I'm usually sensitive to scents, but I've been using this without any issues. This works best as a toner mask rather than an exfoliating toner. Soak a cotton pad generously, place it on your face for about 10 minutes, and remove it. The next day, you'll wake up to brighter, soothed skin. It works wonders on irritated, red skin. Absolutely fantastic! (I recommend doing this in the evening, before bed!)
