This shade matched my complexion perfectly.
ConsPerhaps because I have dry skin, it really didn't work for me. I know I shouldn't use a matte finish, but I got greedy. It significantly emphasized texture and dead skin cells.
TipFor those with dry skin, it becomes somewhat usable if you apply a generous amount of emulsion or Nivea cream and pat it in thoroughly.

ConsWhen I used it with my dry, flaky skin, it accentuated the dead skin cells a bit, and over time it made my skin look quite shiny

Free from stearic acid, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, and phenoxyethanol! I couldn't use regular cushion foundations due to the ingredients. Most cushions contain 'stearic acid' (a fatty acid that prevents drying in the sponge), but I'm sensitive to it and get dermatitis. Usually, cushions without stearic acid are too oily and darken significantly, making them worse than not using anything. However, this product, perhaps due to its mesh, doesn't feel excessively oily and barely darkens. Less pilling with oil. Unlike other glow formulas or cushions with good ingredients that melt away with my forehead oil or run down, this one doesn't mix with oil or disappear. The foundation color stays put. Even when blotting, only the oil is removed while the color somewhat remains. It's like the pigment adheres to the skin. It transfers right after application, but after about 15 minutes of setting, there's minimal transfer! Non-irritating sun protection. Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate is a chemical UV filter that particularly irritated my skin. I always had to apply sunscreen separately and use foundation without sun protection, but with this, I feel safe even if I forget sunscreen. Applies thinly. I can cover an entire cheek with just the amount that comes off when I lightly place the puff on the mesh. I love how it creates a transparent-looking skin finish when applied thinly! I've never liked thick coverage, and while I have many blemishes, I dislike heavy coverage that looks too thick, so this product was just right. Beautiful color. Unlike other brands where higher numbers (darker shades) tend to look yellow or dull, Clio's darker shades remain clean and clear. Recommended for cool-toned individuals with darker skin tones! Prevents dryness. I have combination dehydrated skin, so while I'm oily, I experience deep dryness. But perhaps because it's a glow formula, there's noticeably less tightness around the eyes and mouth. It's not an overly rich formula though - it feels moisturizing when applied, but after about 30 minutes, it settles into a normal, velvety finish that's not particularly glowy.
ConsEmphasizes dead skin cells. It tends to cling to flakes, especially around the nose and mouth where I'm prone to dryness and blemishes, creating a white cast. Despite its moisturizing properties, the oiliness seems to exacerbate flaking. For those with oily skin, I recommend setting this with powder.
TipI find Clio's foundation products to be particularly bright. I usually use shades between 21-23 from other brands, with a yellowish 22, but Clio's darkest shade 4 Ginger gave me a clean skin finish without looking unnatural or floating. It's exactly like a 22! It's neither lighter nor darker, just evens out the complexion for a radiant look.
