Great for use in the morning or when your skin is feeling sensitive. It's a gentle product that's perfect for those times. Apart from its gentleness, I didn't notice any other skin-related benefits. - yd*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 15, 2023
It's incredibly hydrating. On days when I don't use an exfoliating toner, I layer this product three times. It's perfect even for winter use. Please come out with a larger size. When I put it in a mist bottle to spray, it runs out too quickly. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedJun 20, 2023
The itching disappeared. What wouldn't heal with any other product vanished in just 3 days. It's quite runny when applying, so it's better to use it in a spray bottle. It works well when used in a spray bottle. - sd**Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 9, 2023
My current skin condition is as follows: - Sensitive (reacts to fragrances, perfumes, citric acid, and propolis) - Occasional blemishes on cheeks and chin due to hormonal changes - Melasma on the butterfly zone, redness, enlarged pores, and deep dryness - Excess sebum in the T-zone (with a mix of blackheads and whiteheads) - Thin skin texture To be honest, I don't usually have high expectations for toners. So I tried this one without expecting much. I prefer hydrating toners over exfoliating ones. Therefore, I've listed the pros and cons based on its hydrating properties. What I liked: 1. Almost fragrance-free. I could barely detect any scent. 2. My skin felt comfortable. There weren't any significant downsides. If I had to mention something... I'd say it didn't have a notable soothing effect. But then again, expecting a toner to be soothing might be asking too much. In my case, some toners can cause blemishes, so I'm always cautious. This product was quite mild. Summary: While it didn't soothe my skin, it also didn't cause any irritation. I kept it in the refrigerator and used it cool. - ha*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 7, 2023
It's just okay. I bought this product to meet the free shipping threshold. Planning to use it to make a DIY mist. Nothing exceptional about it. It might work well for those with sensitive skin or those prone to blemishes, but I'll probably look for something more hydrating or with more targeted benefits. - ta*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRednessRecommendedMay 31, 2023
This product is absolutely amazing! When my skin needed soothing, I soaked a cotton pad generously and used it as a toner pack. I could definitely feel my skin calming down quickly. I loved that it's fragrance-free, and the incredibly refreshing water-like texture was fantastic! It gave a sort of cool, soothing sensation. There wasn't a single thing I disliked about it! I'm completely in love with this product! - ly*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 22, 2023
I love how moisturizing and gentle it is. While it doesn't have any dramatic effects, it's great for use as a toner pad, exfoliating toner, or toner pack. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated without being greasy. The only downside is the small volume and the lack of a separate seal on the opening. Apart from the initial splash when you first use it, there's nothing else to complain about. - pj*********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 13, 2023
This toner is neither exceptionally great nor terrible. I've used up an entire bottle. I'm updating my review after finishing the whole bottle. While it may vary for individuals, I didn't feel any soothing effect at all. It's really disappointing. - lj*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 2, 2023
Despite being a toner, it has a surprisingly smooth liquid texture with excellent hydration. It absorbs well into the skin without leaving any dryness. The calming effect is impressive, and there's no noticeable scent, making it suitable for those with super sensitive skin like me. The bottle is lightweight and easy to use. I'm planning to repurchase it! As of now, I haven't found any drawbacks with this product. I'm really enjoying using it! - kw*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 30, 2023
I've been trying to streamline my skincare routine and was looking for products with fewer ingredients when I discovered this Houttuynia Cordata toner. I used to use two bottles of the Artemisia One Thing, but the difference is that this Houttuynia Cordata provides incredible cooling, soothes redness, and tackles deep dryness! That's what I love about it. While the Artemisia One Thing improved facial complexion, brightened skin, and calmed redness, it didn't seem to address deep dryness at all. I absolutely adore this Houttuynia Cordata toner. It'll be especially perfect for summer use! There are no downsides, none at all! It didn't cause any blemishes either! It's just fantastic. After cleansing, I use it as a toner pack with thin cotton pads. It's cooling, reduces heat in the skin, and works wonders for deep hydration. In terms of effectiveness, I think the Houttuynia Cordata might be even better.
