Despite its high concentration, it's not irritating The formula itself has less of that slippery, oily feel typical of retinol products It also has a refreshing scent I've seen great results using this Out of all the retinol products I've tried, this one is truly the best The price is a bit steep You have to order it from overseas Sometimes it's out of stock for long periods due to limited supply There was a time I couldn't buy it for a while because of that I only use it at night Alternating it every other day with a vitamin C product Helps a lot with improving pigmented scars Applying a face mask or modeling mask after this product enhances absorption and boosts effectiveness

They say it's packed with NASA stem cell technology, but what really mattered to me was whether it would be good for my skin. As my first bakuchiol serum with a slightly higher concentration, it did speed up my skin cell turnover, but my skin couldn't handle it and my blemishes got worse. A year later, when my skin calmed down, I tried the remaining bottle. Bakuchiol serums don't exactly whiten your skin, but they give you this 'Inner Glow' - like a freshly peeled egg - thanks to the increased cell turnover. It can be great if used correctly, but those with lots of blemishes or sensitive skin might see their condition worsen with frequent use. +Not recommended for those prone to blemishes! The brown bottle (I used the pre-redesign version) made it impossible to see how much product was left. Having to hold it up to the light to check was a bit inconvenient. Absolutely forbidden for those with sensitive, blemish-prone skin or active acne. If you're a first-time user, start with just 3 drops on each cheek and forehead, monitor the results, and then gradually increase the amount! This product feels less slippery and a bit drying after application. Blemishes + Scars Combination Skin I switched to this product after using Innisfree Retinol for 3 months! Even though the bakuchiol content is much higher than retinol, it doesn't cause any tingling sensation - probably because it's a more stable ingredient. I've been using it for 3 weeks now! The texture is very fluid and spreads easily. It absorbs quickly too! Since retinol needs to be fully absorbed before moving to the next step, this is perfect. The scent is like a sophisticated, classic cosmetic fragrance. Just like when I first started using retinol, I noticed the most immediate effect on my pores with this product. It's not particularly hydrating, but it adheres well to the skin without feeling sticky at all! At just under 30,000 won for 30ml, I think it's very reasonably priced for a high-concentration retinol product. It's disappointing that it's an overseas product and needs to be purchased through direct shipping... need to stock up in advance. It's a shame it contains fragrance. Retinol works best when used as the first step! Make sure it's fully absorbed before moving on to the next step! I recommend following with just a light moisturizer. If you use the right amount, you can feel your skin condition improving. I'd recommend starting with just a tiny dab, about the size of your fingernail. Personally, I rarely use it on its own...
