I think it would be great for those with dry skin.
ConsIt tends to pill on oily areas. Since my T-zone is a bit oily, it pills quite easily there. Also, if you don't set it with powder, it comes off very easily.
TipPowder is a must

For perfect coverage, mix a bit of concealer at the end for an extra layer! It's hydrating, and compared to Amuse which I used before (it felt like it was sinking in over time and would pill when touched), Fwee seems better. I bought two bottles of Amuse, but I wish I had bought more Fwee instead.
ConsI mixed it with Amuse, but their formulas don't work well together! The side with more Fwee seems to separate more? While it's moisturizing, I don't think it gives a particularly beautiful glow.
TipHowever, if you apply it even slightly thickly, it does separate over time. Don't try to achieve coverage with foundation alone - apply a thin layer of foundation and use concealer for additional coverage!
