I bought it to carry around because I have severe itching and dryness in the crease of my arms. Being fragrance-free, I can apply it without worry whenever I feel itchy. I've been comfortably using it by carrying it around lately. The 100ml tube is convenient for frequent application on-the-go. When applied to dry or itchy areas, it absorbs lightly while instantly improving dry skin and soothing any heat from scratching.
ConsI bought this without hesitation because it won a Hwahae Award, but the hydration, absorption, and itch relief are a bit disappointing. After application, it doesn't fully absorb and leaves a slightly slippery residue. While it's advertised for itch relief, it's an emulsion, not a medication, so don't expect dramatic results.
TipI've been carrying it around and applying it whenever I feel itchy for about two weeks now. It's a great item to liberally apply on both body and face during dry seasons. Being fragrance-free and containing skin-repairing ingredients, it's also suitable for moms and kids to use together!

On days when we forget the emulsion after bath time, without fail, the night brings scratching and the morning reveals parched skin. Even applying emulsion late can sting, but this cream makes things so much better when applied. Though rich like a cream should be, it spreads smoothly. You have to get close to catch the pleasant, subtle baby scent, which actually feels safer. My child's sensitive skin quickly turns red and stings when scratched, so I always pack a night-type emulsion for water park days. This time, the Green Finger Pantestin MD Derma Cream proved incredibly effective! Despite going bare-faced for the opening and brief sun exposure outdoors, my child's face quickly became patchy, red, and itchy, with scratch marks appearing. Since this product claims to not only relieve itching but also soothe skin, I applied it. The irritation subsided quickly, allowing us to enjoy ourselves until closing time.
ConsFor my child who always has dry skin and scratches often, I hurriedly applied a bit too much after bath time. It seemed to take a while for both mom and child to apply, absorb, and get dressed again. As they say, too much of anything isn't good. Being a cream, it takes longer to absorb when applied all over, and the slippery residue on hands often needs washing off when in a hurry. It's best to treat this as a functional cosmetic, using small amounts as needed depending on the size of the dry area, as it absorbs quickly this way.
TipAfter applying it to the children, I use the remaining cream on my hands. Despite being a cream, it doesn't feel slippery at all. Instead, it feels like it forms a protective barrier, almost like a coating. It's crucial to apply only a small amount. If it seems insufficient, it's better to apply a thin layer first, then add another small amount on top. This method allows for quicker absorption and a fresher feel!

I'm thrilled to be selected for my first experience as a Hwahae Tester, trying out a cream that helps with itching. Since this product is something I really needed, I'll give you a thorough and honest review. ⭐️ When should you use this product? The packaging only mentions it's a functional cream for improving itchiness, but we all know there are different types of itching, right? For instance, there's the itching caused by vesicular eczema on hands like mine, or simply dry skin itchiness, and so on. I wasn't sure where to use it at first. After some research, I found out it's a product that helps strengthen the skin barrier by providing hydration, thus eliminating itchiness. So, it could potentially help people like me who are itchy due to eczema, as it fortifies the skin barrier itself. However, it's not a cream designed to treat specific diseases. This means it might be beneficial for those with skin-related conditions, but it might not work for everyone. Nevertheless, it's definitely a helpful cream for those with dry skin and a weakened skin barrier causing itchiness. ▪️Product Features ✔️Ingredients: It doesn't contain parabens or allergens. That's why it's even used as a moisturizer for newborns and children. ✔️Scent: The fragrance isn't irritating. It's not a specific scent, but if I had to compare, it's similar to Lidomax. You know that smell that just feels gentle? It's not particularly pleasant, but it's not unpleasant either. ✔️Texture: It has a slightly thick but runny texture, like an ointment. As you can see in the photo, when you squeeze it out, it holds its shape for a few seconds. When you first apply it, it feels a bit greasy and slightly slippery. Over time, the slipperiness reduces by half, but overall, you can still feel a smooth layer of cream on your skin. It really does feel like it creates a protective barrier on your skin, just as described.
ConsIf there's one thing I found disappointing, it's that it remains a bit slippery even after application. It's not bothersome, but I do wish it had a slightly more powdery finish. Also, I think the packaging could use some additional information. When I first received this product, I was unsure if I could apply it to my face, if it was for body use, or who exactly it was intended for.
TipAs I mentioned earlier, I wondered if it could be applied to the face. After looking into it, I found out that while you can use it on your face, it's not specifically designed as a face cream. Actually, I tried it on my face when I had acne, and there were no issues. But then again, it didn't have any effect either! My bad for putting a moisturizing cream on acne, right?

It claims to reduce itching, so I tried applying it along my panty line where it touches the sanitary pad. Surprisingly, it really does help with the itching! The cream absorbs well and feels refreshing on the skin.
ConsThe finish is quite moisturizing, which makes it a bit slippery right after application. I'd recommend using it on areas that need intense hydration like arms, legs, and the groin area, rather than on hands and feet.

It's white and has a softer texture than Madecassol, with a mild baby powder cosmetic scent. 2. Those with dry, itchy skin will likely love this. In dry winters when skin cracks, reddens, and develops hives from scratching, this provides some soothing relief. 3. It's great for applying to dry legs or arms, or as a substitute for hand cream. 4. Unlike hand creams that need frequent reapplication, this has better staying power, so you can apply less often.
Cons1. If you apply it as liberally as hand cream, it helps with dryness but those who dislike slippery textures might really hate it. 2. While it seems perfect for itchy, dry winter skin, those with oily skin who rarely experience dryness might not see the appeal. 3. It has a faint cosmetic scent that some people might find off-putting.
