There's nothing bad to say. As long as you don't tear it open too forcefully, it seems fine.

It's incredibly thin, yet adheres well to the skin. When applied, it delivers the product more gently than a cotton pad, without irritation. I think it could even work great as a quick cooling mask when you need to bring down your temperature!

There wasn't anything particularly disappointing, except the lid is extremely tight. I almost sprained my wrist trying to open it!

I tried a sample and liked it, so I bought it from Cou*. Sorry Hwahae, it was cheaper there! I loved that it's fragrance-free. The pads are on the thinner side, so they adhere well to the face. They weren't slippery and felt hydrating. I usually use it as a toner, but even when I gently wiped my face with it as a final step, it was gentle and didn't cause any irritation.
