While many sunscreens nowadays come with various additional features, I prefer to keep it simple since I'll be applying makeup anyway. This product ticks all the boxes for me, focusing on the essentials while delivering a pleasant scent and texture. The fragrance is natural and pleasant to use, and the cream consistency is just right - not too thick, not too runny. It's perfect for daily use, which is why the UV Shield Essential Sun Protector is always one of my go-to sunscreens that I keep stocked up!

As someone with super sensitive skin, I hadn't been using sunscreen. I tried this while using retinol, but it stung a bit and caused small bumps to appear (not due to the retinol).

I loved how it absorbs lightly and gives a subtle glow when applied.

I only recommend using this product on its own.

Even when applying the recommended amount, or even half of that, the foundation still pills. It seems too oily, resulting in absolutely no adherence to the skin.

The sun protection is definitely effective. It's easy to apply the right amount. It doesn't irritate the eyes and feels comfortable on the skin.

I didn't experience any downsides while using this product. The only thing to note is that it's not a mineral sunscreen.

After using this product, my redness and facial heat became severe, and I experienced deep dryness. Even though I have oily skin, not combination dehydrated skin, it made my face feel tight and incredibly itchy. I started getting blemishes from deep within, and after a few days, I developed more than three large pimples. I didn't realize it at first, but when I checked the Hwahae app, I found that it contains several ingredients not recommended for sensitive skin. Those with sensitive and oily skin should be cautious when using this product.

This is a hybrid sunscreen product with good absorption. It doesn't leave a white cast on the skin.
