After applying sunscreen, just using a tone-up cream is enough - it gives a healthy glow and feels lightweight. The texture is smooth, and the color is pretty, so I use it often!

It doesn't fully hydrate or provide a good base. It clings and feels tight around the nose area.
It has a somewhat dry, heavy application, but if you apply a hydrating base it's fine. However, since it's a tone-up cream, you can't apply too much, and I'm not sure if it will provide adequate sun protection.
You might need to apply a sun stick or additional sunscreen on top.

I broke out after using this... I bought it because the glow looked pretty, but after about two days of using it... Around five itchy, red bumps came up on my face. It was really itchy and red, and my skin was peeling... At first, I thought I was allergic to cats, my face got so red and itchy, but when I started using a different product, it all calmed down. 
Looking at Hwahae, it seems there are pore-clogging ingredients, and there are even 2 sensitive skin-irritating ingredients. Those with really tough skin might be okay, though.

Can you see the bright red spots? They weren't there before...

I tried the same brand's egg pack and liked it so much that I bought it.
It's a tone-up product, but it also has UV protection... It brightens my skin with a pinkish tone.

But absolutely do not use it if you have sensitive skin... And I'm not sure if the skin expression is really pretty considering the price.
