Due to its water-like consistency, it lacks deep hydration. You definitely need to follow up with an essence and moisturizer.

The watery texture absorbs quickly, making it perfect as the first toner right after cleansing. Thanks to the PDRN ingredient, which is great for skin soothing, I experienced no blemishes and felt comfortable throughout use.

After layering multiple times, there's a slight glow and my skin feels a bit firmer, but I'm not sure if I'd call it moisturizing.

Overall: It doesn't cause blemishes, so it seems suitable for sensitive skin, 
but applying it once or twice doesn't provide much hydration and leaves the skin feeling dry. 
Not recommended for those with dry skin.

I think I'd need to use it for a longer period to better appreciate the product's benefits. 
After a week of use, I can't really say I've noticed any significant improvements.

When applying the toner, the bottle opening is quite large. If you're not careful, you might end up dispensing too much product at once.

First off, it didn't cause any blemishes and there was no eye irritation. The hydration was great, making it suitable not just for spring and summer, but for winter use as well.

However... the twist is... I found it oddly heavy! As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I need something lighter, but this feels somewhat heavy... sigh.

I discovered Zenabell when I won their ampoule through The Hwahae Testers. The ampoule was so good that I wanted to try the whole line, so I bought this. As someone with super sensitive and extremely dry skin, I checked the ingredients list and found it very gentle.

The 300ml size is generous, and the packaging is pretty too. I'm extremely satisfied and will likely keep using it.

It's great to stock up when there's a sale since you get a generous amount of product.
