First, I followed the instructions, lathered it up, massaged my scalp, and left it on for about 3 minutes. (I found that this time fits perfectly with my shower routine!) Then, I rinsed it off with lukewarm water, and my scalp felt so refreshed! I've heard that hair loss is often caused by excess heat on the scalp, and this product seems designed to address that issue. Unlike other anti-hair loss shampoos on the market that have a medicinal scent, this one has a pleasant, universally appealing fragrance. And most importantly, the hair fall! It's definitely reduced! This was truly amazing! I have long hair, so even a small amount of shedding is noticeable in the drain, but I could clearly see less hair falling out. For improving hair loss, I highly recommend it! Since it's focused on scalp improvement, it did make my hair feel quite stiff. Even after using conditioner, I noticed a difference when brushing my dry hair. Also, because it's so cooling, in this cold weather, it sometimes made my scalp ache to the point of feeling a bit painful. I think the cooling effect and refreshing feeling would be even more enhanced if used after going out on a hot summer day! Using it with a hair ampoule might help improve hair texture too. I'll keep using it and consider repurchasing in the summer!
