As someone with a cool summer skin tone and fair complexion, I've become increasingly interested in lip products since we've started going mask-free. I was thrilled when Lilybyred released their cool-toned collection, and I was particularly drawn to the Cold Berry shade. Cold Berry is a deep pink with a hint of purple. The moment I applied it, I understood why it's called a cool-toned lip color. It's perfect for those with cool undertones, especially winter cool tones. I was really satisfied with the color. The pigmentation is quite intense, so one application is sufficient. When applied lightly on bare skin, it gives a healthy flush that I really liked. However, it truly shines when paired with a full face of makeup. The longevity is impressive. The staining effect is beautiful, so frequent reapplication isn't necessary. The finish has a subtle sheen that's not overpowering and complements the color beautifully. Unlike some glossy tints I've tried before that lack staying power, this product manages to be both luminous and long-lasting. I didn't find any downsides to this product. It works well on its own or blended with a lighter tint for a gradient effect. I'm extremely satisfied with the color. For those with cool undertones looking for a deep pink lip product with a subtle glow, this is perfect. It's great worn alone or layered with a lighter tint. I think it's an ideal accent color for a full makeup look. I highly recommend cool-toned individuals (especially winter cool tones) to give this a try! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 16, 2023
15 Cold Berry - I accidentally ordered this instead of shade 14, but I'm so glad I did! It's beautifully cool-toned with a gorgeous magenta hue that I absolutely love. I thought it might be similar to Pink Pong, but it's much more intense with a stronger magenta undertone! The color is quite sticky and might be too intense for those with cool summer complexions. It's even deeper than Pink Pong, which is already quite bold. To tone it down a bit, try applying it over a base lip color. This helps to mute the intensity somewhat.
