This is a review after using the product for about a month! Usage: I tend to prioritize the feel of pads, and this product has no pilling at all! Even after rubbing it on my skin multiple times, there is no irritation from pilling, which is a plus. Essence: The essence has a sufficient amount, so I didn't feel like it was lacking or dry! I usually use it as a cleansing toner, but on days when I'm a bit lazy, I can just apply a lotion/cream right after using the toner, and it works fine! Packaging: For refills, you can just remove the refill container and insert a new one, which feels environmentally friendly! Also, the container has a built-in spatula holder, which is convenient. Sometimes with other products, it's inconvenient to open the lid and there's an additional sealed lid plus a spatula, but this product has the spatula stored inside the lid, making it easy to use.

The product is thicker than thin pads, which made it good for using as a makeup remover pad.
