Dry skin may feel slightly underhydrated when applied, but applying a cream as well should provide perfect hydration. For oily or combination skin, I'd recommend trying a thin cotton pad and a spot mask!! Skipping the essence and just lightly masking with this toner, then applying a light lotion or thin cream, was so nice.
Cons
When I first used it, I felt it was very oily, so I thought it was not very good. However, this part is absorbed if you put in the time and wait, so I waited while washing it off..
