The cream-skin texture is neither thick nor heavy, but light. ✔️Absorbs well: Thanks to its lightweight toner-like consistency, it gets absorbed quickly when patted onto the skin. ✔️Hydration: The hydration is excellent, perfect for use during dry winters. ✔️Recommended skin type: Strongly recommended for those with dry skin like mine, especially if regular toners don't provide enough moisture. It's great to finish with a serum and cream on top of this. I felt more at ease using it knowing it contains soothing ingredients. Naturally, it didn't cause any blemishes either.
ConsIt's gentle and provides light hydration. So far, I haven't found any downsides.
TipFor those with dry skin, try applying this instead of a regular toner, then follow up with a serum and cream for definite hydration. Those with oily or combination skin might find this alone sufficient for light hydration during summer.

Texture & Application This white water cream toner provides much more hydration and moisture than a watery toner, especially in cold seasons. I expected a heavy cream texture, but it's surprisingly lightweight, closer to an essence as shown in the photo. A small amount spreads easily and absorbs quickly. After application, it leaves minimal residue while maintaining long-lasting hydration. The cream toner's light application and quick absorption are its strengths. (The non-sticky moisture isn't overwhelming even for combination dehydrated skin) 2. Hydration & Moisture The water cream formula offers more concentrated hydration than watery toners. I haven't used this type of toner since trying IOPE's cream toner around 2015, and this one feels much better with its lighter texture and sufficient hydration. Compared to that one, this feels more hydration >>> oil. Personally, I find applying this once or twice more effective at combating deep dryness than layering watery toners multiple times. I might settle on this as my winter toner. It's great at replenishing skin's moisture without leaving a greasy surface, maintaining a hydrated feel! -> While I don't expect much from toners, I suspect this product might be responsible for my recently smoother and softer skin texture. I still get occasional blemishes, but the improvement in skin texture is remarkable. I've recently added a retinol ampoule to my routine, so I'm not sure which product is responsible for the effects yet. I'll update my review as I continue using it..!
ConsIt might become too heavy for combination dehydrated skin when the weather warms up.. but for now, it has no downsides as a winter toner!
TipI apply it in two layers, patting it gently and thoroughly each time. Unlike watery toners, this feels like applying a concentrated product, so it's better to apply a moderate amount rather than multiple layers. Applying 5 layers might be excessive and could lead to pilling.
