While it's great value and has clean ingredients that work well even for sensitive skin, I had to lower the rating because of this issue.
A toner alone can't solve dry skin problems, but there are definitely toners that help with deep dryness better when used with the same essence and cream. Products that absorb well and help the next steps of skincare to be more effective, you know?
But this one feels like it absorbs too quickly, not really penetrating deep into the skin. Even when I applied it generously, I felt my skin was drier compared to other toners I've used with the same skincare line.

Slow absorption
I knew it wasn't a completely watery texture, more of a viscous consistency, so I was prepared for that. But unlike other similar textured toners that absorb well when patted in, this one feels like it sits on top of the skin.
Fortunately, it's not overly sticky, but the slow absorption made it a bit inconvenient to apply every time.

Value for money
While there are many cost-effective products these days, you can't beat the value of this one. When purchased on Hwahae, it's only 7000 won per bottle, or even cheaper sometimes!

Skin temperature ⬇️
I've used this multiple times on my skin. Just apply it generously, pat it in, and repeat two or three times. I noticed my skin temperature dropped significantly. Of course, this might not work as well in extremely humid and hot conditions, but this method has really helped improve my skin. Since it has a sticky texture, you can wipe off any excess with a cotton pad after it's absorbed.

I find that soaking a cotton pad generously with the toner and gently wiping it across the skin seems to have a calming effect and works wonders.

The expiration date was approaching, but since I use toner frequently, it wasn't an issue. Please just keep offering promotions often!

The ingredients are great, and it applies smoothly and moisturizes well, leaving your skin feeling hydrated.

When you layer it multiple times, your face truly becomes saturated with moisture.
