In the winter, the product I purchased was too dry. For those who usually like watery toner formulas, this seems to be a good value.

The heavy, sticky toner also absorbs well, but no matter how much I pat it and how much time passes, I felt like it didn't get absorbed. So even when I applied the cream on top, I felt like it just sat on the surface. But the next day and the day after that, I had a massive outbreak of milia.
