This is really great! I've tried all sorts of toner pads, but I'll settle on this one because it's the best ❤️ I usually find that cotton pads are too irritating, and I mainly use them as a soothing pad pack before or during times when I have a heated sensation, but this pad is really thick and filled with an essence that is completely free of harmful ingredients, and neither side of the pad is overly irritating! Moreover, it calms well, is moisturizing, and I didn't get any breakouts while using it! It's really great at such an affordable price 🥹

Before makeup, after showering, it was great for calming redness. It's moisturizing and not at all heavy. I highly recommend it for oily, combination, and sensitive skin types - it's great value. For dry skin, I recommend it as a pre-makeup moisture booster (but not as an evening moisture recharge). The scent has a subtle cica aroma.
Cons
I didn't feel the effects of the Hwahae for trouble calming. The pad is too thick, so the adhesion power is a bit lacking.
