True to its name as a "glowing essence toner," this product has a rich, essence-like consistency rather than a watery one. For my combination dehydrated skin, layering it 2-3 times felt so nourishing that I could almost use it as a standalone product! While it definitely smoothed out my skin texture, I found it wasn't the best match for my skin type.
ConsPersonally, I wouldn't recommend this for those with combination dehydrated skin! However, I'd highly suggest it for those with dry skin. Perhaps due to its essence-like nature, I noticed a slight increase in oil production, which wasn't ideal for my skin type.
TipUsing this as a mask pack works even better!

Not only did it improve my skin texture and radiance, but it also had a tone-up effect! When I first started using it, I received a lot of comments from those around me that my skin had improved, and most importantly, using it before makeup helped to refine my skin texture, making the makeup apply better. This has been my holy grail product for the past 2 years.
ConsWhen the skin is sensitive or atopic, using it can cause irritation, so it is not used when the skin is sensitive.
TipIn the morning, apply a generous amount of pad on your face before makeup, and after a 5-minute toner pack, your skin texture will be refined, and your makeup will apply even better!

I used the toner pads frequently, and then I needed the toner itself, so I purchased it based on my friend's recommendation. My skin texture has been well-maintained, and my skin has a radiant glow.
ConsSometimes when I use it, I'm not sure if it's overused, but I often get large pimples. It doesn't feel like running water, but rather a slightly thick feeling, so it takes a little time to absorb. If I apply this and then immediately put on another cream, it doesn't absorb well, so when I apply cushion makeup, it slides and lifts off.
TipYou can use it like a pack by soaking it in a thin cotton pad.

My makeup wouldn't sit right, and the stress was overwhelming. I'd heard great things about the Numbers In 3 Toner, so I decided to give it a try. First off, I absolutely hate sticky products. However, this toner isn't sticky at all, yet it deeply hydrates and soothes my skin. What really won me over was how it significantly improved my skin texture and made my makeup apply flawlessly. I've found my holy grail toner!
ConsNothing negative to report! I'm planning to try other Numbers In 3 products as well.
TipAfter patting a small amount onto my face, I generously soak a cotton pad and press it all over. Then, I follow up with a moisturizer. When I apply makeup afterwards, it goes on incredibly smoothly - the base really adheres well!

It's a toner that works perfectly even for blemish-prone, combination dehydrated, and super sensitive skin. 2. It's a toner that has genuinely helped improve my skin texture. 3. I have faith in the Numbuzin brand itself. 4. It tackles deep dryness without feeling too sticky. This is truly a product that I, someone who puts a lot of thought into buying cosmetics, researched, chose, and have been using consistently!
ConsWhile there weren't many downsides, The only slight drawback I found was that due to its slightly viscous texture, if you apply too much before morning makeup, it can cause a bit of pilling. Other than that, I had absolutely no complaints!
TipIt's definitely great to use a Daiso mist spray bottle and layer 3-5 times before bed!

The runny texture feels like it's deeply hydrating my skin. Despite not being extremely watery, you can layer it multiple times without feeling heavy - it's so refreshing! As someone with atopic and sensitive skin, it causes zero irritation and prevents that post-cleansing dryness. There's a noticeable effect on dead skin cells, making my skin texture smoother. Beyond all that, the texture, hydration, and gentleness keep me coming back for more.
ConsI go through it quickly since I use 2-3 layers each time. Wish they'd come out with a jumbo size! Those with oily skin might find it a bit rich.
TipThis is a must-buy when I get the chance at duty-free (sometimes it's cheaper than Olive Young sales!). Using the 3-skin method makes it even more effective - it's a bit of a hassle, but it absorbs completely without feeling sticky or sitting on top of the skin. On days when my skin is super sensitive, using it as a cold toner pack works wonders!

I use Numbuzin No. 1 and No. 3 together, and the combination is absolutely incredible...(it's a game-changer for skin texture) 📍Note that it's not a completely watery toner, but more like a very thin, runny consistency - keep that in mind! ❥･• 💖Pros of this product💖 ☑️ Creates a beautiful glow 👍🏻 ☑️ Provides ample hydration ☑️ Refines skin texture First off, I think the biggest advantage of this product is how it creates a radiant glow. After applying and letting it absorb, your skin just shines...✨ It has a slightly rich texture and offers great hydration, which works wonderfully for my combination dehydrated skin. (And I've seen significant results!) When used with a cotton pad to refine skin texture, it's really fantastic. However, ✔️I personally find it more effective and economical to just pat it directly onto my face - it saves product and seems to work even better.
Cons‼️Cons of this product‼️ ☑️ Can feel a bit rich ☑️ The rice water scent might be polarizing If I had to point out any drawbacks, it does leave a somewhat rich feeling on the skin. It doesn't bother me since I follow up with a cream, but those using it alone might want to keep this in mind. It also leaves a bit of richness on your hands, which can feel slightly uncomfortable and might transfer onto electronic devices (though this is common with most rich products). Due to its fermented ingredients, it has a rice water scent that's quite strong - even for someone like me who generally likes rice scents. It's similar to the smell of enzyme powders, so ⚠️those sensitive to such scents should be cautious.

I've tried all the Numbuzin products as they usually work well for me, and I always come back to this one for its texture-enhancing effects!
ConsI can't think of any downsides, to be honest. It's always a product I snatch up when it's on sale!
TipIt works even better when used with a texture-improving serum! Sometimes, when my skin texture is really off, I'll even use a texture-enhancing mask.

After use, it gives a natural glow and I felt my skin texture improved. It's more about enhancing skin texture rather than improving the skin itself. While pore improvement isn't visibly noticeable, I felt my complexion looked clearer. Being an essence toner, it's not your typical watery toner but a thin essence texture. Despite its essence form, it's not sticky at all and absorbs well. Not only is the product effective, but I also prefer toners with some viscosity over watery ones, so I'm very satisfied with this product.
ConsAlthough it's more hydrating than regular toners due to its essence formula, I found it a bit drying to use just this toner alone, even in summer. The product tends to spill easily around the container opening, which was slightly inconvenient. I think it might be better to avoid using this when your skin is super sensitive. If fermented ingredients don't suit you, it could potentially irritate your skin, so make sure to patch test!
