This is a must-have for atopic eczema, I swear! While other products sting, this one soothes like a medicated ointment. My husband finds it too greasy for his liking. I'm not a fan of scented products, but I love this one because it's fragrance-free! I've gone through several tubes and it's the only hand cream I use now. I usually dislike the slippery feeling of hand creams, so I only apply them to the back of my hands. But when my hands feel particularly dry in winter, I slather a generous amount on the back of my hands before bed. When I wake up, my skin feels incredibly smooth. That's why I always keep this on hand! It has a rich, balm-like texture. I use lighter hand creams when I'm out, but this one is perfect for home use. I apply it generously before bed after finishing all my tasks, or I slather it on and wear vinyl gloves! The downside is that it's so rich you can't do much right after applying. However, the scent is subtle and pleasant. As someone with very dry hands, I prefer hand creams that maintain hydration well. This one has a pleasant scent and provides excellent moisture, so I'm really enjoying using it. I'm using it well, so I don't have any complaints, but it is a bit on the thicker side for a hand cream. If you find it too thick, you can mix it with a thinner hand cream to adjust the consistency.
