If I'm not careful, my scalp can get itchy with dandruff, but with regular scalp massages and attentive washing, it quickly settles down. Effectiveness: 5/5. Using the conditioner definitely makes my hair feel soft and smooth.

I've been dealing with severe atopic dermatitis since I was 3 years old. When I sweat, the areas where my hair touches become intensely itchy, so I cut it to shoulder length. Now, when I shower using this product, the neck area where my hair touches becomes unbearably itchy. That doesn't mean it falls short in its job - it truly fulfills its role as a conditioner and does it well! The scent isn't polarizing, though it's not particularly luxurious either. The texture is somewhat emulsion-like. When left on the hair for a while, you can definitely feel the difference in your hair texture! Overall, I'm quite satisfied using it.
