When I had several pimples, I applied a soothing product and was amazed to see them calm down the next day. I only used it on one pimple. It's not as heavy as a gel, nor as light, but it absorbs into the skin like it's seeping in, which I really like.

Wow, this is truly the most refreshing and hydrating cream I've ever applied! The scent is delightfully fresh and invigorating.

It can be a bit drying. To be honest, it's not very useful in fall or spring - I either have to mix it with other products or I don't use it much at all. I'd recommend it as a gentle product for summer use. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it though.

I liked how versatile this product is. It works well with my skin, which responds positively to houttuynia cordata. I had no breakouts and found it perfect for summer use. It's lightweight and provides good hydration during the warmer months. The consistency is somewhere between an emulsion and a cream.

The emulsion container was a bit frustrating to use. When you're nearly finished with the product, it becomes hard to squeeze out, so you have to cut it open. As you use it, the sides of the container tend to split open too.

I've been using this since last year and it's been fantastic. As someone with combination skin, it worked really well for me. I loved that it wasn't sticky at all. I usually can't stand even the slightest stickiness, but this product had none of that, so I think I've found a winner!

What I loved about the Calming Tube:
1. The cream's texture is incredibly smooth without a hint of stickiness
I absolutely hate when serums, emulsions, or toners leave a sticky finish on my face. However, the Calming Tube's finish is amazingly soft and velvety (I've never experienced a texture like this in a cream before).
2. Excellent soothing effects
Being centered around heartleaf, this cream naturally has good calming properties. But with added cooling ingredients, it's also effective in reducing redness (TIP!! Storing it in the fridge makes it extra refreshing)

There weren't any real downsides. If I had to nitpick, maybe the packaging is slightly inconvenient?

It's perfect for summer use! I'm on my third bottle now. It's especially great for those with combination dehydrated skin or oily skin types because it's not greasy at all.

Try this as your base before makeup in summer. It reduces skin heat, gives you a dewy glow rather than an oily sheen, helps your makeup adhere well, makes your skin look great, and prevents makeup from separating. It's my holy grail! I'm disappointed it's not more well-known...

However, this product reduces skin heat and redness. As the heat subsides, I notice fewer blemishes too. It's a game-changer for summer makeup! While it's a bit rich, a quick dab with oil-absorbing sheets before makeup application works wonders. The result isn't greasy, but rather a radiant Inner Glow that doesn't make your makeup slide off. I highly recommend it for summer makeup days or when you want to pamper your skin. Honestly, this and the Bring Green are my holy grails. I've already gone through more than 6 bottles... It's truly a life-changing product that I can't recommend enough!

The packaging design is disappointing. It's difficult to use up all the product and can hurt your hands. Although it's been discontinued, I hope it gets renewed with different packaging.
