I'm a bit disappointed about the citric acid ingredient, so I probably won't repurchase it.

It's convenient that it comes out as a foam. The ingredients are simple, and it doesn't seem to cause any irritation. The customer service here is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Although the brand claims that this product is suitable for sensitive skin, skin inflammation patients, and even babies, it unfortunately did not work well for me.
Despite the good ingredients, my skin felt very dry after cleansing.

I bought this cleanser because it was advertised as not needing a double cleanse, but it didn't remove my Atobe Barrier sunscreen.
I purchased the Dr. Comma sunscreen, but I haven't used it yet. I'll update later on whether this product can be used without a double cleanse.

This is a brand I discovered while looking for skincare products due to skin irritation.
The foam is very dense and firm, and it's perfect for double cleansing as it's non-irritating to the skin.
There's no unnecessary fragrance, and I'm satisfied with using it.

In terms of cost, it's great that I can buy the refill pack and keep using the same container.

There's nothing I dislike about it! However, when my skin went from oily to sensitive with dermatitis in the summer, the cleansing power was a bit strong for me at that time. When my skin is extremely sensitive and prone to acne, a gentler gel-type cleanser seems to work better.

Although I've used other mild cleansers before that still felt irritating, this product is very gentle while still providing good cleansing power. I'm even using it on my body.

My skin has severe rosacea, and after using this product and wiping my face with a towel on the first day, it immediately became extremely dry. As soon as I wiped off the moisture, my skin cracked and felt very tight. I could even see this phenomenon in the mirror, it was that noticeable... Even though the ingredients are said to be non-irritating, everyone's skin is different, so please check the ingredients carefully before purchasing. This product seems to have strong cleansing power, so those with sensitive skin should be cautious.

The foam lathers up nicely and cleanses my skin gently without any irritation.

The price seems a bit high for the amount. It's nothing special, just average.
