The moment it touches the skin, all that foam disappears in an instant. As a cleanser, it should create foam and be somewhat slippery so you can massage it, but this product just collapses as soon as it touches the skin. Even after pumping 5 times, the foam vanishes, leaving not a smooth feeling but a squeaky one.

In other words, there's a lot of friction. It's meant for sensitive areas, but the high friction makes it painful to cleanse. It feels like you're scrubbing off dead skin cells, making it difficult to massage comfortably. With the foam disappearing so quickly, it's really a challenging product to use.
