It really does feel 100% moisturized, soft, and has a smooth, flowing texture. The more you apply, the more you can see the moisture particles, which burst and provide a refreshing cooling sensation, spreading on like a lotion without any white cast. This is the only product that hasn't caused me any breakouts, so I use it exclusively and spritz it on top of my sun cushion to recharge it when I go out.
