When you apply this, you have to give up one of them. The oil definitely comes up less. I recommend it in the summer.
ConsTo be honest, I feel like it would be enough to just apply it to my nose. However, on the days when I have to apply this, it feels like my cheeks will be shattered to pieces because it's so annoying. It's good in the summer.
