Personally, I've used quite a few Peripera lip products before, so I was curious about this new Mood Glow line and decided to give it a try. First of all, the texture is really lightweight, and there's absolutely no sticky feeling even after multiple applications - it just feels so light and comfortable on the lips! It applies as a refreshing, moisturizing film that gives a gorgeous, glossy glass-like shine, making my lips look so plump and pretty😭❤️ True to its name, the cherry-tinted clear red color instantly brightens up my complexion, and for a glowy tint, the staying power and adhesion are surprisingly impressive👍👍 (I'm always really satisfied with Peripera lip products, and the fact that the color staining is a solid tint rather than a pink-toned stain is an added bonus:) Even with a thin layer, the shine is incredible, and layering it on for more intensity doesn't make it feel heavy at all - it just keeps delivering that amazing glossy look😉
ConsThe only downside is that, being a glowy type, there is a bit of transfer, but that's to be expected with glowy lip products, so I don't find it too much of an issue. The transfer isn't excessively heavy, so it's not a major concern. (In fact, after some time, the lipstick settles in nicely and the transfer becomes minimal, which I really appreciate~)
