The charcoal mud mask dried quickly, but this one, even though it's from the same product line, seemed to dry a bit slower. Also, while I felt a stinging sensation with the charcoal mud mask, this one was more of an itchy, tingly feeling. If I had to recommend one, I'd suggest the pink mask over the black one.

First off, it's quite messy. Since it's not an essence, you have to wipe it off every time it gets on something, which is a hassle. Also, even though it's divided into upper and lower parts, it was still difficult to apply. For sensitive skin, it might not be the best choice. As it dried, it started to feel itchy. There wasn't any stinging, but it felt tingly, so I took it off early before it was fully dry. I might use it once or twice, but I don't think I'll use it often. Clay masks just don't seem to agree with me.

I liked that it's divided into upper and lower sections. My skin texture seems to have improved a bit. It seems to help with the absorption of other skincare products too. It also dries and sets quickly. I only left it on for 30 minutes. I think it was even better because it contains calamine.
