Pros

Pros
With a pH of 5.5, it's an excellent mildly acidic toner. The absorption is quite good, and it doesn't cause any irritation. For my oily skin, it provides just the right amount of hydration. I stumbled upon this product by chance, and I'm extremely satisfied. I definitely plan to repurchase.
Cons
I'm still unsure about its effects. The packaging is not bad to use.

Pros
Since healthy skin is slightly acidic, I always consider the pH when choosing skincare products, and this one has a mildly acidic pH. Plus, the ingredient list looks great, which immediately earns my trust. After cleansing, when I wipe my face with a cotton pad, it seems to pick up some residue that wasn't completely washed off.
Cons
This is just personal preference, but I'm not a fan of the scent. When you smell it directly from the bottle, there's only a very faint fragrance, but once you pour it on a cotton pad, it gives off a somewhat chemical-like odor. Anyway, I personally didn't care for the scent.
Tip
After cleansing, while your skin is still damp, pour some onto a cotton pad and wipe in the direction of your skin's texture, starting with your face, then neck, and finally behind your ears.

Pros
Great value and a reliable toner. It's such good value that my friend recommended it too. Two bottles for around $6 is incredible... although I bought it for about $9. As I have dry skin, I apply it about 7 times, and it absorbs well so I can apply it quickly. Despite its water-like texture, which I didn't expect much from, it leaves my skin feeling firm after application. The difference between applying and not applying is noticeable. Since it's a 1+1 deal, I keep one in my dorm and one at home. The toner is slightly acidic, which is great for my sensitive skin as it doesn't cause redness. Highly recommended for oily and combination skin types, especially students!
Cons
This toner doesn't provide long-lasting hydration, so no matter how much I apply, it feels very dry in extremely cold winter weather. I won't be repurchasing.
