After shampooing, gently squeeze out the excess water and divide the hair into two sections. Apply a coin-sized amount of product to each section, starting from the ends and working your way up. Gently massage the product into the hair, allowing it to fully absorb. Gather the two sections of hair and twist them together. Put on a shower cap and let it sit for 3 minutes. During this time, you can proceed with your shower and other grooming tasks. Rinse off the product when you're done.

They said it was for severely damaged hair, but I'm not sure if my hair is that severely damaged because it doesn't seem to be absorbing the product as much as I expected.

I really like that it's a 2-in-1 product and the scent is not too common, which I really enjoy.

It's a bit watery, so I end up using a lot of it.
The fragrance has a bit of a laundry soap-like feel...? The scent might be divisive.

I tried other Tsubaki products and they were quite effective, but this one is too watery. The fragrance and such are good, though.

After using the hair pack, I'm coating my hair with this product again, and it's fine.
