  I recently bought this cream because my skin was flaking off in patches like crumbling tree branches. Today was my first use, and I applied it generously. Unlike other products, there was no burning sensation, and it absorbed quickly. It's marketed as a cream for sensitive skin, and true to its word, it feels comfortable enough for anyone to use. The finish isn't heavy or sticky, which could be uncomfortable. Instead, true to its soothing nature, it has a fresh and light finish. I could apply a thin layer before morning makeup without any issues. It's a great moisturizing cream for skincare routines! I noticed my skin felt firmer when I woke up. It would be especially beneficial during fall or winter. The formula doesn't have much oil content, so it absorbs well without leaving a greasy shine. Even though I have sensitive combination skin that tends to get oily, this cream didn't make me look shiny at all. My skin is quite sensitive and prone to blemishes, but this product didn't cause any issues and suited me perfectly.

  No irritation at all! I loved that there was no itching or tingling sensation even when I applied a generous amount in the evening and let it absorb. It felt so gentle and comfortable on my skin.

  Hydration: The moisturizing effect is satisfyingly adequate. Especially when applied like a sleeping pack at night, I don't experience severe deep dryness the next morning. While I'll need to observe longer for whitening or anti-wrinkle effects, I'm content with the hydration level it provides. Absorption & Feel: It absorbs well, leaving a soft finish without feeling sticky or heavy. I appreciate that it doesn't make my hair stick to my face, which often makes me stop using products. Packaging: I find the design quite attractive. The color choice is spot-on. However, given the jar shape, a spatula would be more hygienic. Application: The texture is quite unique. Despite being thick, it spreads surprisingly smoothly and easily.

  The fragrance might be bothersome for those with super sensitive skin. Also, including a spatula would have allowed for more hygienic use.

  Tip

  As one of The Hwahae Testers, I'm writing this review after being selected to try the product. ✓ Application: The texture is rich yet spreads thinly and absorbs well, preventing excessive oil production on the face. ✓ Moisturizing power: It provides the perfect oil and moisture balance for combination dehydrated skin. Depending on the serum you pair it with, it's suitable for dry skin types even in summer, and for oily skin types throughout the transitional seasons. Its lightweight yet substantial feel allows you to adjust your skincare routine by adding or subtracting steps according to your skin's needs. Following on from the above, it pairs excellently with cushion foundations for makeup. It absorbs well while giving a protective coating feel, so even if you pat on your cushion foundation carelessly right after application, there's no pilling.

  Cons

  ✓ Scent: What on earth is this fragrance? I wish it were unscented or had a typical cosmetic smell. It has an indescribable, ambiguous odor. Fortunately, it dissipates quickly, but the smell was a bit off-putting during application and for a few minutes afterward.

  It's rich but doesn't feel heavy when applied! I have dry skin, but I don't like products that feel suffocating due to their oiliness. This one absorbs completely and leaves no residue, which I love. The scent is subtle and familiar, though I personally didn't find it overpowering.   I have sensitive combination dehydrated skin, and I always make sure to apply cream as part of my skincare routine. When I first encountered the Neuz cream, its texture reminded me of a less thick Vaseline, which made me worry it might be too sticky. However, contrary to my expectations, while the texture is rich, it absorbs into the skin instantly with a powdery finish. It definitely doesn't make your hair stick to your face! It's suitable for use in all seasons. When I apply it before bed, my skin still feels hydrated and not dry in the morning. There's no irritation or blemishes, so I'd love to repurchase it.

  The only downside is that it has a bit of a scent. Those who are sensitive to fragrances might find it a bit strong at first. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever.

  Tip

  When I apply the cream before bed, I mix in about two drops of a light facial oil. This gives an extra boost of hydration.
