It's a delicate, light color that should work well for cool-toned skin with a deep undertone. The shade itself is a light pink, reminiscent of creamy milk - perfect for light complexions. You can use it alone or as a base color. Layering other blushes on top enhances that soft, dreamy effect and looks beautiful! 🩰 Texture As it's a baked formula, it applies best with a slightly coarse brush or puff for optimal color payoff. I recommend using the NARS blush brush or the Skinfood wedge puff! 🩰 Application There's a subtle shimmer, but it doesn't emphasize pores, which I love. While it's a bit pricey, the generous amount means it lasts forever, so you definitely get your money's worth!
ConsDurability Unfortunately, its durability is quite poor. If you drop it once, it's guaranteed to shatter. It's a blush you need to handle with extreme care, which is its biggest drawback.

The embossed design is beautiful, and there's so much product that I haven't hit pan yet. The soft pink color and long-lasting formula are fantastic. Highly recommended for those with deep undertones to cool summer complexions!
ConsWell, it's a bit pricey. But once you buy it, you'll use it forever... I've been using mine for 4-5 years now.

Highly recommended for cool undertones. Adds a lovely shimmer. The color payoff is smooth, not heavy.
ConsInitially, it's tricky to control the amount. Applying too much can make you look overdone.

It gives such a delicate, fair complexion with a subtle white undertone. It's perfectly balanced - clear and serene with a soft, light pink hue. The slight pearlescent finish is just the cherry on top. Truly beautiful!
ConsBeing a baked formula, the color payoff can be a tad tricky to work with. But its beauty makes it forgivable.

It's a clear, bright pink shade that's ideal for daily use
ConsWhen applied with a brush, the color payoff is quite sheer, requiring two or three layers for desired intensity

First off, the color payoff is absolutely mind-blowing! It's like the perfect strawberry milk pink that gives you that adorable flush. What's even better is that unlike other powder blushes I've used before that seemed to disappear after a while, this one maintains its lovely glow even after 8 hours of wear. Now I totally understand why it's considered the holy grail for light undertones. If you've got a light undertone, I genuinely recommend this product. Color payoff: Excellent. Shade: Perfect.
ConsHowever, one slight concern is that due to its light base, it might not satisfy those looking for a more intense color payoff. I'd only recommend this to those seeking a natural pink flush. While it's indeed a holy grail for light undertones, I think those with cool undertones could also use it by mixing it with other products for a customized look.
TipFor best results, I suggest setting your base makeup before applying this blush.

I have a typical #21 skin tone, and it gives a delicate pink glow. However, I've heard that for those with more redness, it can appear slightly more rosy. I'd recommend applying it with a wedge puff, gently patting it on, rather than using a brush which can make the color too sheer. For me, even with multiple layers, it doesn't seem to build up much, so I could apply it casually and still look beautiful. In photos, it might look similar to Vain Nude, but Vain Nude has a lower brightness and a more muted purple undertone. That said, Ballerina Pop isn't an stark white-pink either - it has slightly more color saturation. The texture of Balletic is very similar to Ballerina Pop. Both have pearl particles and sheer color payoff. Personally, I appreciate this texture as it doesn't turn into a 'burning sweet potato' on my skin.
ConsTo be honest, it's so pretty that I can't find any faults. The only downside might be how frequently it goes out of stock at duty-free shops!
TipThis works beautifully as an eyeshadow too. I often use it as both a blush and eyeshadow for a tone-on-tone look. Its subtle effect makes it perfect for daily wear.

As someone with a deep cool undertone, I find that layering this over a slightly warm pink blush creates a truly beautiful look.
ConsHowever, it's a bit disappointing that it occasionally appears patchy or looks too red on the skin.

For those with light skin tones, applying this after makeup will brighten your face as if you've turned on a fluorescent light. It's reminiscent of a pale strawberry milk color. Even though I have a deep undertone, it works well! It doesn't look out of place or draw attention only to the cheeks. A major advantage is its powder formula, which creates a soft, velvety finish similar to setting powder. This means you can skip powdering around the cheek area. Plus, there's no caking on the face and no emphasis on pores. Despite having oily skin and large pores, which can sometimes make shimmery blushes accentuate pores or cause foundation to shift, the Clinique blush doesn't have these issues!
ConsThere aren't any particular drawbacks. If I think of any after using it more, I'll add them.
TipApplying it to the chin, bridge of the nose, and tip of the nose creates an abundantly delicate, ethereal look.

It contains shimmer, so it works great as a highlighter too. I've tried many blushes, but this one seems to be the best for me.
ConsThere's a bit of excess powder kickup, and the price is higher compared to drugstore blushes.
TipUsing a puff instead of a brush gives better color application.
