If I had to pick something, towards the end when you're using the last few of the 30 pads, the seal doesn't close well, so they can dry out a bit.

You can't expect it to remove mascara in one go, but if you let it sit for a moment, it comes off. It removes makeup better than the point lip and eye pads I've compared it to.
