  It feels incredibly cool even at room temperature. You can stick it on your cheeks, wipe your entire face, and apply cushion foundation right after without any pilling. The sheets are thick enough that you can even tear one in half and still use it effectively.

  Cons

  It's a bit disappointing that it feels somewhat sticky. For those with extremely oily skin, it might lead to excessive oil production later on.

  For an extra cooling effect, try storing it in the refrigerator before applying it to your face.

  It really does an excellent job of filling in pores! When my skin gets dry from blow-drying my hair, I pat this on my cheeks and it's great. It keeps my skin from drying out and feels nice. The bottle is generously sized too.

  Cons

  I've tried other products in this line, and I feel like they all have a slightly oily texture.

  I tried this product because it's supposed to have ingredients that reduce pores! I've been using it like a mask and also to refine my skin texture. The scent is subtle and it feels really gentle, which I love. My skin tends to get sensitive when I'm stressed, but when I use this, I can feel my skin calming down and getting hydrated. At first, I wasn't sure if it was actually shrinking my pores, but recently when I looked in the mirror, I noticed the pores on my nose seem to be getting smaller.

  As I read in other reviews, it does make your skin a bit oily.

  The pads are thick enough to split into two for a skin pack, and they tear easily so you can apply them to smaller areas. That's really convenient!

  Cons

  I'm not sure if it's because I have oily skin, but after using these, my skin feels way too sticky. It feels greasy even before my natural oils come through. While it might work for dry skin, I wouldn't recommend it for those with oily skin like me who get shiny within 5 minutes of washing their face. The pads tear too easily, making them inconvenient to use. They also don't adhere well to the skin.

  I'm a total Skinfood pad maniac! I've lost count of how many Carrot Pads and Water Parsley Pads I've gone through. I've always struggled with my pores, so when I saw the Acorn Pad on sale on Hwahae, I had to give it a try! First off, in terms of essence quantity on the pads, it goes: Carrot Pad > Acorn Pad > Water Parsley Pad. The scent is subtle, almost fragrance-free, so it should suit everyone. The pads are quite thick and generously soaked, making them perfect for use as a mask too. It works well even on my super sensitive skin! After wiping your face with the pad and gently patting in the essence, your skin feels hydrated without any dryness.

  Cons

  I'm not sure if it has a dramatic effect on reducing pores. However, I trust that it contains ingredients that definitely help minimize pores, so I keep using it. There's a slight rich feeling after use.

  Tip

  Since it's packed with essence like the Carrot Pad, try using it as a skin pack!

  Pros

  As someone who has tried both the water parsley and carrot pads, I found this one to have many additional benefits! In terms of hydration, it ranked water parsley < carrot < acorn, but I used it for night care because it was more moisturizing than pore-tightening. The balance between hydration and richness was just right, so after application, it felt well-absorbed without any stickiness! The scent was similar to the carrot pads, which didn't bother me, and the pads were thick enough to remove sebum without irritating my skin, which I appreciated.

  Cons

  For those with extremely oily skin, using a whole pad might feel too hydrating! I tried that on the first day and my skin felt too sticky, so afterward, I used half a pad at a time, which was perfect. If you bought this solely for pore tightening, be aware that it might feel richer than the carrot pads!
